Visit our Tours page, select your preferred experience, and complete the booking form. We will confirm availability and send payment details within 24 hours.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your tour receive a full refund. Modifications depend on availability—contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Are your tours accessible?
Most walking tours cover flat terrain suitable for wheelchairs and mobility aids. Let us know your requirements when booking, and we will advise on the best options.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine—bring appropriate clothing. In extreme weather, we may contact you to reschedule. Covered alternatives are always available.
Do you offer private tours for groups?
Absolutely. Our Private Custom Tour option can be tailored for corporate events, family gatherings, or special occasions. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Which cities do you operate in?
We currently offer tours in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Canberra, and the Gold Coast. Expansion to more cities is planned for 2025.
